Anna Tipps is the Paralegal and Intake Coordinator at Van Kampen Law, where she has been an integral part of the team since 2022. Originally starting as an Intake Specialist, Anna quickly demonstrated her ability to manage the complexities of intake while providing exceptional support to the firm's clients. Today, Anna works closely with Joshua Van Kampen, ensuring that clients receive personalized care from their first phone call to the final settlement. Known for her empathy and attentiveness, she excels at guiding clients through their legal journey, serving as a source of knowledge and comfort at every step. Anna is also a North Carolina Certified Notary Public, further adding to her credentials and ability to support the firm’s operations.

Before joining Van Kampen Law, Anna spent over a decade developing a career in hospitality, customer service, and administrative roles, which laid the foundation for her transition to the legal field. In 2019, she made her first move into law, working as a Legal Administrative Assistant in construction law. Her experience working with clients and managing operations has helped her flourish in employment law, where she now applies her organizational skills and compassionate nature to help employees seeking justice.

Outside of work, Anna stays active by volunteering with Girls on the Run and maintains a love-hate relationship with running. She enjoys wine with her book club, traveling with her husband and daughter, and cheering on the Carolina Panthers on weekends.
